So, I'm involved in the theater program here, as sound op. For those of you not well-versed in theater, there are three main parts to a theater group: the actors, the people you see in front of you, dressed in costumes and whatnot; the crew, the people backstage who move stuff, make sure the stage is set, etc.; and there's the tech group, who handles lights and sound. I'm doing sound for this production, and this week is tech week (aka hell week) and I'm slowly dying because making and operating sound cues for a two hour show? Requires a lot of effort and thus a little less sleep.
