Mission Report No.1: Career Fairs

Mission Title: Surviving a Career Fair

Mission Date: 10/8/2015 - 10/9/2015

Personnel: Dio, friend KYC, friend LZ, friend PS, friend CMS, acquaintance BH, acquaintance SEA

Objective: Look nice, hand out resumes to targets while maintaining the friendly facade, and obtaining the articles described in "Inventory" below.

Itinerary:
10/8/2015
- 1200 hours: Returned to base. Changed into civilian attire more appropriate for the mission.
- 1215 hours: Arrived at lecture hall. Listened to civilian extrapolate on the Nobel Physics Prize.
- 1300 hours: Arrived at location. Began to interact with targets and hand out resumes.
- 1400 hours: Left after scoping out the area and obtaining certain items.

10/9/2015
- 1000 hours: Returned to base. Changed into civilian attire more appropriate for the second day of the mission.
- 1015 hours: Arrived on location. Interacted with targets and handed out more resumes. Obtained items listed in Inventory.
- 1130 hours: Left location. Mission successful.

Inventory: Facebook post-it note pad (1), Facebook Bun stickers (1), notebook (4), black pen (7), laser pen (1), eos lip balm (1), sunglasses (3), t-shirt (7)

Difficulties Encountered: Some targets were unwilling to engage. Some targets were too willing to engage. KYC was not willing to engage with targets.

Mission Findings: Targets are normally more willing to engage with personnel who are older and more experienced in academia, but many did engage when asked to. Also, time is a factor in the amount of willingness the targets have to engage.

Summary: The career fair is a valuable resource to obtain the items listed above in the inventory, and to engage with targets in a socially restrained environment.
